We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team at the Elizabeth Office on a part-time term basis.
In this dynamic role, you will be:
- Maintaining staff records, preparing reports, minutes and employment contract letters.
- Providing advice on a range of personnel procedures and related issues.
- Assisting with budget and cash flow projections, budget preparation, salary estimates and monthly expenditure reports.
- Providing staff with training assistance in all areas related to computer usage and assisting with issues encountered by users.
- Maintaining inventories and records on asset management and undertaking basic installation and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
