Join the Department for Child Protection as Executive Assistant to the Regional Director, where your organisational and administrative expertise will ensure the smooth operation of the office while supporting initiatives that make a real difference for children and families.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Regional Director, including managing diaries, meetings, travel and briefings.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and meeting papers.
- Support HR processes such as recruitment, personnel records and staff audits.
- Assist with budgets, financial reporting and monitoring expenditure.
- Liaise with staff and stakeholders and contribute to improvements in systems and processes.
