The Learning, Excellence and Innovation Academy is seeking a Facilitator of Learning based in Keswick who is passionate about developing capability across the Department for Child Protection. In this role, you will design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that strengthen workplace performance and support staff at all levels. You will play a central part in shaping high quality development experiences, partnering with leaders and teams to ensure learning is practical, contemporary and aligned to organisational needs. In this role, you will
- Deliver engaging learning programs that build capability across DCP
- Design and review learning resources that support technical and professional growth
- Mentor and coach staff to strengthen workplace learning practices
- Develop learning initiatives informed by needs analysis and stakeholder consultation
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to create effective development solutions
To be successful
You will bring strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to suit a wide range of audiences. Your understanding of adult learning principles will allow you to create learning experiences that are practical, inclusive and aligned with organisational needs. You will be comfortable facilitating sessions, guiding conversations and supporting learners to build confidence and capability.
You will have experience scoping, designing and delivering learning programs from concept through to evaluation. You will be skilled at managing timelines, gathering information, analysing content and ensuring all materials are accurate and up to date. Your ability to work collaboratively, build relationships and support a safe and inclusive work environment will set you up for success.
