Our Elizabeth office is seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Social Worker or Professional Officer to join the team as a Supervisor. You will work alongside staff to build capability, promote quality decision-making and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
This is a single vacancy offered under a dual classification. The successful applicant will be appointed at the appropriate classification level based on their qualifications, experience and suitability for the role.
You will be responsible for:
- Promoting high-quality social work and case management practice
- Driving team performance through effective leadership, coaching and support
- Leading the development of inclusive, accessible and culturally responsive services
- Contributing to strategic planning, service improvement and operational priorities across the agency
- Building partnerships with other agencies and community groups to improve coordinated support and responses.
