In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of key projects and programs.
- Analyse data and research to develop evidence-based policies and initiatives.
- Consult and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide high quality reports, briefings and project advice.
- Support service planning, strategy and reforms across Out of Home Care.
To be successful:
You are a skilled project officer who can manage complex projects from start to finish. You bring a strong understanding of child protection and the challenges faced by children in Out of Home Care, along with the ability to apply trauma-informed principles in your work.
You are confident in planning, implementing and evaluating projects, and you use evidence and data to guide decisions. You are collaborative, building effective relationships with stakeholders and contributing to service improvements.
