We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives on managing complex recruitment campaigns, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping recruitment services and supporting hiring managers across a variety of strategic and operational activities.
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to advising managers, coordinating assessments, and overseeing advertising strategies. You’ll also contribute to capability-building by sharing your recruitment expertise with colleagues, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance.

You bring sound judgement, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset. You can manage competing priorities, work both independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining high standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing complex or high-volume recruitment campaigns within a large organisation
- Strong knowledge of recruitment policies, processes, and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Organisational skills, time management, and resilience
