We are seeking a Performance Lead Research and Evaluation to join our Office of Professional Practice in Adelaide. This senior role leads the research and evaluation agenda that informs strategy, strengthens decision making and guides practice across the Department for Child Protection. You will oversee research governance, drive continuous improvement and build strong partnerships that support long term change. This is an opportunity to shape a forward looking agenda that improves outcomes for children, families and communities.
In this role, you will
- Lead the implementation and ongoing development of DCP research and evaluation frameworks and systems.
- Provide high level strategic advice to senior leaders, including the Chief Executive and Minister, on sensitive and complex matters.
- Lead a culture of performance, professionalism and continuous improvement within the team.
- Drive an organisation wide research and evaluation direction that is aligned with DCP strategy and legislative responsibilities.
- Build strong partnerships across government, academia and external agencies to support high quality research and evaluation outcomes.
