within the Learning, Excellence and Innovation Academy directorate. We’re looking for a talented
Instructional Designer to help us create engaging and effective learning experiences that support our organisational goals.
In this role, you will:

Design, develop, implement and evaluate learning and development programs aligned with current and future organisational strategies.

Review and assess existing learning programs, recommending improvements to enhance learner experience and outcomes.

Lead user testing and acceptance of all online learning and practice development applications.

Create and maintain program development and design templates to ensure a consistent, best-practice approach to learning design.
To be successful:
You have proven experience using eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate. You understand and apply best practice in contemporary adult learning, keeping up with evolving trends. You are skilled at managing relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are strong and adaptable to a variety of audiences.
