The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Senior Project Officer, Contract Reform Specialist to join on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

• Leading the implementation of significant contract reform, including transition and start-up of contract arrangements within the Service Contracts and Licensing Unit.
• Managing project deliverables and programs of work relating to the Recommissioning Residential Care Services Project.
• Coaching and supporting staff to address issues relating to change management as well as establishing relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation of contract management reform across DCP.
• Ensuring that SA Government Contract Management requirements, principles and policies associated with NGO contracting are implemented and followed.

About You

We are looking for a confident expert in contract reform who has demonstrated experience in providing leadership and motivating teams to achieve quality results.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing, leading and implementing successful projects.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you be experienced in providing concise and comprehensive briefings, reports and advice on complex issues.
