The Department for Child Protection is seeking expressions of interest for a Manager, Contract Administration to support the delivery of contract management compliance in the Adelaide CBD.
The primary focus of the role is to lead the Contract Management team in ensuring compliance with all legislative and operational requirements. The role will provide advice to the Manager, Service Contracts to support work planning, prioritisation and guidance to staff on key matters. Additionally, the role requires coaching, supporting and monitoring staff interactions to ensure consistent service provider communication.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality contract management compliance
- Ensure reporting obligations are met under relevant Contract Management Frameworks
- Coordinate and oversee procurement activity as required, maintaining dynamic reporting of all current procurement and contracting activity
- Provide support to the Manager, Service Contracts with the review and approval of quarterly KPI Assessment Report data
- Use initiative and sound judgement to assess risk, prioritise tasks and deliver agreed business outcomes.
