As the Senior Project Officer based in Adelaide, you will work within the Office of Professional Practice to support the delivery of projects that strengthen the quality and consistency of practice across DCP. You will lead planning, research and analysis that informs service improvements and supports evidence informed decision making. In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning, development and delivery of projects that support service improvement and quality outcomes
- Research, scope and analyse information from varied sources to inform project direction and reporting
- Prepare clear, accurate and timely project documents, briefings and reports
- Monitor project progress and contribute insights that support strategic planning and reform
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and successful project outcomes.
To be successful:
As an experienced project professional, you bring strong analytical skills, sound judgement and the ability to translate information into clear project directions and high-quality written outputs. You are confident working under limited direction and managing competing deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You build trusted and constructive relationships with stakeholders and understand how to deliver outcomes in a complex and rapidly changing environment. Your work is strengthened by a whole of system perspective, an understanding of child protection legislation and a commitment to safe, inclusive and high-quality practice across DCP.
