As a Support Worker situated in St Marys, you will create harmonious experiences between children and their birth families that reinforces DCP’s Practice Approach model. In this role, you will:

• Manage sensitive requests from clientele using conflict-resolution strategies and emotional awareness
• Connect clients with suitable services and events that optimise their wellbeing
• Assist research endeavours that assess beneficial programs and activities for children and young people
• Observe routine case discussions with DCP staff and offer administrative support services to the team
• Coordinate the purchase of shopping items for children and maintain office stationery, equipment and systems.
