We’re looking for a capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:

Provide professional executive support, including preparing correspondence and documents, booking venues and catering, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on required actions.

Liaise and coordinate with agency staff, Ministerial offices, and other government departments on urgent and confidential matters.

Manage incoming calls and enquiries, including from the Crown Solicitor’s Office and the Ombudsman’s Office.

Support project initiatives by researching, analysing relevant data, and preparing clear written reports.
To be successful:
You’ll bring experience in delivering quality administrative support with excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations when needed.
You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and can adapt your style to a range of stakeholders inside and outside the public sector.
You’re highly organised and able to manage competing priorities under pressure, meet critical deadlines, and maintain confidentiality while juggling a variety of sensitive matters.
