We’re looking for a skilled Senior Project Officer who can confidently lead projects, programs, and service improvements that support safe, effective, and client-focused service delivery. You will play a key role in building strong partnerships across government, service providers, and the community while driving outcomes aligned to DCP’s strategic goals.

- Provide high-level advice, reports, and recommendations to guide decision-making and best practice.
- Drive change initiatives, review systems and procedures, and support staff through change management.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across government, service providers, and communities.
- Advocate for and promote services that strengthen and preserve Aboriginal families and wellbeing.
- Provide leadership that supports professional growth, effective workload management, and a positive workplace culture.
To be successful:
You are an experienced project leader who can plan, implement, and evaluate initiatives while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. You communicate clearly and confidently, preparing accurate reports, briefings, and advice on complex issues. You work collaboratively, building trust and constructive relationships with stakeholders, while also supporting staff through change and professional growth.
If you can bring strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children, families, and communities, then we encourage you to apply.
