We’re looking for a motivated Business Manager to join the Blair Athol team who can confidently manage complex cases within a care and protection framework, using solution-based approaches that prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team to deliver efficient administrative support, IT and Work Health and Safety (WHS) services, and human resources processes.
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of business planning outcomes.
- Analyse financial reports and prepare monthly income and expenditure statements.
- Oversee the preparation of employment contracts, payroll documentation, and related reporting.
To be successful:
You’ll have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building strong relationships across diverse stakeholders. You’ll also have a solid understanding of government accounting standards and policies, alongside proven experience in planning, preparing, and reporting on budgets.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including providing expert advice and reports, conducting successful negotiations, resolving conflicts, and facilitating positive business outcomes.
