We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Recruitment team as the
Recruitment Administration Officer. This role will support the functions and processes of the team, while taking on the important responsibility of administering the psychological assessment requirements of our recruitment processes.

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate Psychological Assessments: Manage the psychological assessment database, processes, and reporting. Liaise with external providers to ensure smooth and timely bookings for Residential Care recruitment intakes.
- Maintain Records: Keep our databases accurate and up to date, supporting recruitment campaigns with precision.
- Support Candidates: Be a helpful guide for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage pre-employment checks and adhere to recruitment and assessment policies.
- Collaborate: Assist Recruitment Consultants and provide administrative support for large scale recruitment campaigns.
