About our

We recruit for Child
& Youth Workers throughout the year and those who are successful are placed
into an Employment Pool for 12 months. This is not an offer of employment, but
allows us to offer you a job when a vacancy becomes available.
This is an ongoing
rolling advertisement and you can apply at any time. We generally have four
intakes per year and your application will be considered for the next available
recruitment round.
As jobs become available,
we select candidates from our Employment Pool. Those offered a job will be
required to undertake an 8-week,
full-time induction program.
If you
have selected to work only on the night shift roster, you will still be
required to undertake the same selection process as those working a 24/7 shift
roster and complete the required 8-week
induction program.

information relating to this process is included in our Frequently Asked Questions.
