Join the Department for Child Protection’s Out of Home Care Directorate as the Lead Project Officer, Operational Support, based in Adelaide. This senior role provides the opportunity to lead complex reform projects and policy initiatives that strengthen the quality and consistency of Out of Home Care services across South Australia. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll influence service delivery, provide expert strategic advice, and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that drive meaningful outcomes for children, families and carers.
In this role, you will
- Lead, develop and implement key projects aligned with Out of Home Care reform objectives.
- Provide high-level advice and reporting to executive leaders and key stakeholders.
- Conduct research, evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate across teams and agencies to ensure consistency in policy and practice.
- Prepare quality briefings, reports and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
