The role is responsible for:
- Managing casefiles as well as gathering and summarising information for complaints and investigations.
- Assisting in the setup and ongoing support of systems and policies to enable the regulatory functions of the SWRB SA.
- Conducting research to help inform the development and implementation of policies, programs and projects.
- Preparing project documentation, briefs and presentations to support projects across the SWRB SA.
About You
We are looking for a resourceful individual with keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
To be successful you will have significant experience in developing, planning and implementing projects and programs.
Our ideal candidate will have proven investigations skills and experience in the review and management of complaints.
You will have well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage a diverse range of stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
