We are seeking a Quality and Safeguarding Coordinator to join our team based in Adelaide CBD. You will play a key role in contributing to incident management, quality assurance, auditing and service improvement while working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders. Essential Qualification:
- An appropriate Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership or entitles registration with the relevant Association/Board.
In this role, you will be:
- Providing advice and analysis on reportable incidents while monitoring outcomes and action plans to support effective incident management.
- Identifying risks and improving safety and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people.
- Supporting systems that promote client safety, quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs for staff.

- You can assess risk and support the safety, wellbeing and development of children and young people.
- You have effective report writing, presentation and analytical skills with the ability to develop practical solutions.
- You are able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
