The Aboriginal Practice team currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Administration Support Officer on a full-time term contract until 06 October 2023. 

The role is responsible for:  

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant. 

• Developing meeting schedules, booking meeting rooms and external venues as well contributing to an effective and efficient office filing system. 

• Effectively responding to all incoming telephone and correspondence enquires, including emails and requests for advice. 

• Assisting with the recruitment of staff through the preparation of interviews, contacting applicants and preparing interview packs for panel members.

We are looking for a confident individual who has the ability to take prompt action to resolve problems, act decisively on own judgement and look to go beyond job requirements to achieve objectives.  

You will be an effective communicator with a passion to provide professional and high quality customer focused service. If you are organised and have the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines, then this may be the role for you.
