In this role, you will
- Lead strategic planning, governance, and quality initiatives across Out of Home Care.
- Provide expert advice, analysis, and reporting to the Executive Director and senior leaders.
- Oversee and deliver high-impact projects that drive operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain frameworks for risk, compliance, and performance reporting.
- Build strong relationships and networks across government and non-government stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and accountability across the Directorate.
