- Leading and managing the development and implementation of strategic ICT initiatives, enhancing overall ICT processes and practices.
- Supporting the governance, monitoring and quality assurance of ICT projects, and producing high-quality briefings and reports for the Chief Information Officer.
- Managing complex and strategic contracts related to ICT projects, ensuring partners and suppliers meet performance levels, service level agreements and other contractual conditions.
- Conducting thorough research to support ICT initiatives for process enhancement, including the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures.
