The Department for Child Protection (DCP) plays a key role in
the protection of children, young people and their families within South
Australia. The department provides support to vulnerable children and young
people to be safe, strong and connected.
The Region
Port
Lincoln is situated 647 km from Adelaide and takes approximately 7 hours to
drive. Port Lincoln is situated on Boston Bay, one of the largest
protected natural harbours in the world three times the size of Sydney Harbour.
The Port
Lincoln office is situated on the township foreshore within the metro precinct
and employs approximately 20 people. As a member of this team you will work
with other professionals to deliver services to Port Lincoln Community. As a
member of this team, you will also work with and develop strong partnerships
with other internal and external partners, many of which will be located within
the community.
