We’re looking for a visionary Recruitment Partner to help drive change, deliver best-practice recruitment strategies, and uplift hiring capability across the organisation through coaching, training, and strategic advice.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Forging networks to promote DCP as an employer of choice.
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers to embed contemporary and compliant recruitment practices.
- Identifying new opportunities to build DCP’s public profile and strengthen our employer brand.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance our eRecruitment systems and processes.
