To be successful
You bring experience or developing capability in case work or human services, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond to complex situations. You are comfortable working within a structured case management framework and understand the importance of maintaining high quality standards of care for children in care.
You have knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, relevant legislation and departmental guidelines that support child safety and wellbeing. You can communicate clearly in writing and verbally, contribute to case planning, and work effectively with colleagues and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes.
