Join our Service Contracts and Commissioning team as a Financial Business Advisor and play a key role in supporting services that make a difference for vulnerable children and young people.
Based in our Adelaide office, you will provide expert financial and business advice, lead capability-building initiatives and deliver the insights needed to support strategic decision-making.
This is an opportunity to influence meaningful outcomes through financial analysis, contract performance management and continuous improvement across a complex and rewarding service environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead contracts, procurement and financial planning to deliver high-value services and strong business outcomes
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the provision of services to fulfil operational requirements
- Provide financial analysis, modelling and strategic advice to support informed decision-making
- Coach and develop staff through change, creating a supportive, high-performing and collaborative environment
- Create practical learning resources and provide trusted advice across the organisation.
