EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – 6 Months,
FNFW Senior Social Worker
Would you like to enhance your skills working with Aboriginal families in a regional and remote setting?
Would you like to do this in a way that allows you to spend six days a fortnight at home?
The Far North Far West Directorate is looking for an experienced metro-based practitioner to fill a Senior Social Worker role in Ceduna.
The Opportunity
In a FIFO capacity, travel directly to Ceduna and work to a roster of 8 days on. Travel back to Adelaide for your 6 days off to catch up with family and friends.
We are looking for someone with lots of energy and a passion for driving quality practice and supporting less-experienced colleagues to develop their practice skills and confidence.
With no two days the same, we will support you to:
· enhance your leadership skills
· improve your skills in working with Aboriginal families and communities
· work in a multidisciplinary team
· access professional development and support networks to advance your career.
Attraction Incentives
· 32% allowance in addition to your normal pay (includes weekend and public holiday penalty rates)
· Flights between Adelaide and Ceduna.
· Accommodation provided
· Camp allowance.
What a great opportunity to “give to go” for just 6 months!
