The Far North Far West (FNFW) team is offering short-term Senior Manager backfill opportunities for employees looking to broaden their experience and take on a developmental leadership opportunity across regional child protection services.
Supporting service delivery across Ceduna, Port Augusta, Port Lincoln, Port Pirie, Whyalla, Coober Pedy and the APY Lands, Senior Managers will provide leadership and practice oversight to support teams and strengthen outcomes across the region.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of operational practice frameworks and policies
- Provide authoritative advice to senior leaders on practice trends, legislation and emerging risks
- Champion culturally safe, trauma-informed and evidence-based practice across the organisation
- Build capability through coaching, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop strong partnerships with carers, Aboriginal organisations and key stakeholders to deliver better outcomes.
