- Leading and managing the development and implementation of projects for Out of Home Care to achieve quality outcomes.
- Coordinating the implementation processes for sensitive, innovative and complex strategies that impact on service wide operations.
- Liaising and consulting with relevant stakeholder groups to develop governing documents and operation guidance, report on issues and facilitating the exchange of information.
- Providing expert advice and fostering effective consultative and working relationships with a wide range of delivery partners and key stakeholders including DCP Executive, colleagues and other government agencies.

You will have the ability to identify and deliver strategic and operational outcomes in a sensitive and complex environment.
You will also be able work under broad direction and deal with conflicting priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Your high level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a range of internal and external stakeholders will key to your success.
