The Department for Child Protection is seeking a
Contact Coordinator to join the Hindmarsh Office on a full-time term basis.
This role is responsible for:
- Managing and supervising Access Workers, ensuring their professional development and performance.
- Supporting families in providing safe care for children, identifying and addressing barriers related to health, wellbeing, parenting, and resources, and connecting families with community-based support networks.
- Collaborating with the Volunteer Coordinator and Supervisors to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinating access visits for children, young people, families, and carers, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders, including Foster and Kinship Carers.
