The KidSafe Connect Transformation Program is a business and digital transformation led by the Department for Child Protection to reimagine how we connect, support, and protect children and families.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-quality program and administrative support to the Executive Director, KidSafe Connect Transformation Program.
• Manage correspondence, coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up of actions and deliverables.
• Support program planning, monitoring, and evaluation through research, data analysis, and reporting to inform evidence-based decision-making.
• Contribute to communication and stakeholder engagement activities through the preparation of key messages, reports, and presentations.
• Undertake research and analyse information to inform strategic discussions, program design, and evaluation activities across the KSC Program.

About You:

• You have experience in providing high-level administrative and coordination support to executives or senior leaders.
• You can coordinate information, resources, and reporting across multiple work streams and stakeholders in a complex program environment.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and respectfully with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• You possess sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify emerging issues and propose practical solutions.
• You can prepare high-quality written materials, including reports, briefings, and correspondence.

• Some intra/interstate travel (including in a small aircraft) including overnight stay may be required.
