We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Manager for future vacancies in the North Region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
You will be an experienced allied health professional with strong leadership capability and a deep understanding of statutory child protection practice. Strategic thinking, sound judgement and the ability to guide teams through complex and high-risk decisions will be essential in delivering consistent and high-quality services for children, young people and families.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability will support your ability to interpret legislation, analyse emerging risks and provide expert advice to senior leaders. Experience improving operational practice, influencing system change and strengthening governance frameworks will help drive practice excellence across the child protection system.
Professional integrity, cultural awareness and collaborative leadership will shape how you work. You build strong relationships with Aboriginal organisations, community partners and internal stakeholders while promoting safe, trauma informed and culturally responsive practice. PLEASE NOTE: This expression of interest pool will be utilised to backfill short/medium term vacancies across the North Region throughout 2026/2027. This could include opportunities within any of the five North Region office locations (Inner North, Elizabeth, Playford, Gawler and Kadina). As Manager, you will be supported to work from the identified office during the period of appointment.
