We are seeking multiple Clinical Practice and Project Leads to join our Learning, Excellence and Innovation Academy team on a full-time basis. Based in our Keswick office, you will have the opportunity to lead meaningful projects that improve practice and service delivery across the organisation. You’ll design and deliver learning programs, support staff development and help drive practical improvements, while also coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and within budget.
These vacancies may be filled by a qualified Social Worker, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (AHP3) or Professional Officer (PO3), depending on relevant qualifications and experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- AHP (Allied Health Professional): Social Workers, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists – appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the appropriate professional association.
- PO (Professional Officer): Appropriate degree qualification in Community Services, Social Sciences, Human Services, Health or related fields.
In this role you will:
- Design and deliver engaging learning and development programs that build staff capability across child protection services
- Support best practice by translating knowledge into practical tools, training and reflective learning for staff
- Provide expert advice to leaders and teams to improve service delivery and respond to changing client needs
- Lead and contribute to projects that improve practice, including planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting
- Support culturally responsive and inclusive practice to improve service delivery outcomes for diverse communities.

- You lead culturally responsive practice and support others through training, mentorship and guidance
- You identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to practical, positive change initiatives
- You develop and support staff capability by delivering meaningful learning and development programs
- You build strong, productive relationships across government, non-government and community sectors.

Salary:
AHP3: $108,347 - $116,216 p.a. + 12% super
+4% child protection allowance & Professional Development Allowance, entitlement to claim reimbursement of eligible professional development expenses
+Qualification Allowance may apply if you hold an additional qualification relevant to the role.
PO3: $108,087 - $115,936 p.a. + 12% super
+additional child protection allowance.
