In this role, you will
- Deliver professional executive assistance in a high trust environment
- Coordinate correspondence, briefings and committee documentation
- Manage diaries, meetings and travel arrangements efficiently
- Engage with senior stakeholders across government
To be successful
You will be an experienced executive assistant who can confidently support senior leaders in a complex and fast paced environment. You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
You will be comfortable coordinating briefings, correspondence and committee processes, and have experience contributing to projects through research, data analysis and reporting. Your communication skills will allow you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including Ministerial offices and external agencies.
