The Implementation Lead – Licensing and Compliance Framework will provide expert guidance and lead key activities that support best practice and consistent, high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you will:

Deliver training tailored to operational and licensing requirements

Conduct detailed audits and compliance reviews in line with relevant legislation and quality standards

Assess Fit and Proper applications and provide recommendations to the licensing panel

Monitor and evaluate licensing compliance across FCA, KCA and CRF services

Provide expert advice, complete risk assessments, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have experience leading programs or projects in complex environments. They will be confident working independently, managing competing demands, and using sound judgment to deliver outcomes on time.
