The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Supervisor, Therapeutic Residential Care to join the Out of Home Care team on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

• Developing and evaluating programs and services that will meet the needs of children and young people in care.
• Providing leadership, supervision and development of staff, as well as implementing strategies to support team members.
• Maintaining the asset management database and forecasting maintenance and replacement expenditure.
• Contributing to strategic leadership and business planning across the agency.

By understanding the factors contributing to risks faced by young people in programs, you will be able to reduce or eliminate those risks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
