Our ICT Directorate is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the investigation, analysis and documentation of business requirements that drive system development and enhance business processes across key projects.
As Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role by:
- Planning and leading business analysis functions that improve processes and systems.
- Forging and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with project sponsors and project managers to support successful project delivery.
- Conducting research and analysis of current and future state business processes, organisational data and information.
- Supporting business readiness activities by contributing to change management strategies, communication materials and training preparation.
- Effectively managing issues that arise from analysis, ensuring project objectives are consistently met.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in planning and leading business analysis activities, including the use of multiple techniques to capture critical information.
- Sound interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to articulate and present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Expertise in preparing high quality business analysis documentation and presenting it to project teams and management.
- Proficiency in working with complex systems and business processes, under a governance model or Project Management Office.
- Experience in applying modern project and quality management concepts, methodologies, principles and techniques.
