Income & Benefits
- Salary: AHP2: $91,785 – $106,330 p.a. + 12% super
- Exclusive Allowance: Extra 4% for Allied Health Professionals in child protection, permanently enshrined in the Enterprise Agreement, making DCP the highest-paying government employer in SA

In this role, you will
- Coordinate and support the effective operation of reportable incident processes
- Provide advice to managers on incident management and quality improvement
- Contribute to audits, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare clear reports, briefings and presentations for diverse audiences
To be successful
You will be able to apply your professional strengths and experience to manage complex information, exercise sound judgement, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring strong assessment and report writing skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into practical advice and recommendations that support effective decision making.
You will be confident working with quality systems, audits and continuous improvement activities, drawing on your knowledge of child protection practice, legislation and quality improvement methodologies. You are comfortable working under limited direction, managing competing priorities, and contributing to system level improvements that strengthen safety and service delivery.
