In this role, you will
- Manage end to end volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers across a range of activities
- Promote volunteer services within the community and office environment
- Monitor data integrity and maintain confidential records
To be successful
You will be confident in supporting and coordinating volunteers, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You will use clear communication and sound judgement to resolve issues, provide guidance, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
You will bring experience in administration, coordination or community-based roles, with the ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and handle sensitive information appropriately. Your approach will be organised, reliable and focused on delivering quality outcomes.
You will be approachable, collaborative and respectful, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You value teamwork, take personal responsibility for safety and wellbeing, and contribute positively to a supportive workplace culture.
