Duties will include:
- Liaising, advising, and providing support to Hiring Managers.
- Providing candidates with a positive experience through all phases of the recruitment process.
- Managing communication with candidates using our e-Recruitment system.
- Offering comprehensive administration and office support for recruitment processes and campaigns.
- Writing engaging job ads and ensuring accurate and timely advertising of all DCP vacancies.
- Maintaining an advertising tracker.
- Managing the Recruitment team email inbox.
- Providing internal support to users of the eRecruitment system.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess great attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Demonstrate fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
- Be driven, confident, creative, and motivated.
- Be a fast learner who is open to developing new skills.
