The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Senior Research Records Officer to join our Subpoena/Freedom of Information Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and detailed advice to callers on freedom of information, subpoena and other information related enquiries.
- Assisting Business Support Officers with complex customer enquiries.
- Conducting research, across multiple systems, collating and editing material to comply with the scope of information requests.
- Managing workload priorities in a high-volume, time-critical and complex setting.
- Maintaining file management, data in computerised systems and ensure records are up to date by accurately entering information.
- Liaising with internal staff and State Records regarding the retrieval of historical and sensitive documentation.
