Our Elizabeth office is seeking a Senior Business Support Officer to support the Business Manager through the delivery of high-level administrative, HR, and finance services. This role is suited to someone who values accuracy, organisation and delivering high-quality service, while also providing leadership and support to staff members.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high level administrative support to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, files and reporting systems.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow and expenditure tracking.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and office orientation processes.
To be successful:
- You have the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and remain responsive in a busy environment.
- You will engage confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders in a professional manner.
- You have practical experience in finance, budgeting, human resources and records management.
- You have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
