Our team at the Elizabeth Office are seeking a Business Support Officer to play a vital role in delivering high-quality, efficient administrative support to meet priorities and achieve key outcomes. The successful candidate will gain exposure and provide support across a wide range of business operations. This includes general administrative duties, finance, human resources, information and facilities.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Process payment of accounts and respond to vendor enquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate records management procedures within the office.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and fleet vehicle maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and update existing reports, undertake analysis and implement new systems.
- Ensure policies and procedures are updated and maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven experience in liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- The ability to provide a high level of attention to detail and information accuracy, ensuring procedures are followed and corrective action is taken.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A collaborative and positive approach to working relationships, while managing competing priorities and meeting required deadlines.
