Based in Adelaide CBD, the Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the Director of People and Culture provides comprehensive executive support to the Director and delivers business and administrative support across the directorate. The role includes confidential secretarial services, office coordination, records management, ICT coordination, and support for projects and operational activities. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive matters while working with senior stakeholders are essential.
In this role, you will
- Coordinate office operations to support the Director and leadership team
- Prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, and reports to a high standard
- Manage executive schedules, priorities, and competing deadlines
- Oversee office resources, procurement, and administrative processes
To be successful
You will be an experienced executive support professional, confident in managing confidential matters, balancing competing priorities, and handling complex administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently while supporting senior leaders and multiple stakeholders will set you apart.
This role also requires someone comfortable coordinating office operations, managing records and correspondence, and using Microsoft Office applications to produce high-quality documentation. Experience supporting senior executives, managing diaries and meetings, coordinating ICT or office resources, and contributing to projects in a corporate or people-focused setting will be highly valued.
