In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the volunteer program and helping create an environment where volunteers feel confident, prepared and valued.

- Recruit, assess and train volunteers, providing guidance and support along the way
- Coordinate activities and contribute to the development of volunteer services
- Build relationships with community organisations to support strong partnerships
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain well-organised records
- Provide quality administrative support while protecting confidential information.
About you:
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation
- You build positive relationships with people from different backgrounds
- You handle challenging situations fairly, working through different perspectives to find practical solutions
- You manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and take initiative
- You promote a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace.
We welcome applications from people who value collaboration, approach challenges thoughtfully and are committed to supporting others.
