As Senior Manager, Business Engagement and Solutions Development, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver digital solutions that connect people, information and technology to support effective service delivery. Working closely with key stakeholders and external partners, you will translate business needs into practical, innovative solutions that deliver lasting value.
Based in the Adelaide CBD, this is an opportunity to bring your strategic leadership and digital expertise to a role with significant influence across the Department for Child Protection (DCP).
You will be responsible for:
- Driving digital strategies that align technology solutions with business objectives
- Building team capability to deliver responsive, user-focused IT services
- Establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders and external providers to develop effective solutions
- Providing high-level advice on technology-related opportunities, investments and risks
- Managing governance, service delivery and vendor relationships to ensure IT services remain effective and sustainable.
About you:
To be successful, you will bring proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex IT environments. Your track record in delivering critical services and managing strategic risks will be key.
A considered approach to problem-solving will be important in this role. You will use sound judgement to address challenges, identify effective solutions and guide business and technical processes at a senior level. The ability to inspire teams and influence decisions will be complemented by strong communication and negotiation skills, helping you build trusted relationships and manage sensitive issues with confidence.
Experience delivering major software implementations will be highly valued, along with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Knowledge of recognised IT frameworks and South Australian Government requirements will support your approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
