In this role, you will

• Drive end to end business analysis activities across transformation projects
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and confirm assumptions
• Map processes and identify gaps within a digital transformation context
• Support solution design through clear and actionable documentation
• Contribute expert advice to inform evidence based decision making

To be successful

You will bring extensive experience in business analysis within complex business and digital transformation environments, with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. Your strong analytical and problem solving skills will enable you to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical, high quality outcomes that align with strategic objectives.

You will demonstrate advanced capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. Your experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements will support effective solution design and implementation across large scale transformation initiatives.

You will be a collaborative and ethical professional who values inclusive practice and constructive engagement. With strong communication and facilitation skills, you will build trusted relationships across diverse audiences and contribute positively to a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment.
