We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team on a full-time term basis.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage high quality effective outcome focused programs and services for families, children and young people.
- Provide leadership and direction of critical, complex and highly political case management issues.
- Establish and develop strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Manage both financial and human resources, with significant independence whilst adhering to guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in the planning, preparation and reporting of budget allocations.
- Knowledge of government accounting standards, policies, and practices.
- Experience in setting goals, providing feedback, establishing development plans and confronting poor performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

This could include opportunities within any of the six FNFW office locations (Ceduna, Port Lincoln, Whyalla, Port Augusta, Port Pirie, Far North). As Manager, you will be supported to work from the identified office during the period of appointment.
