The Adelaide CBD office is seeking a Team Leader, Carer Payments, to join their team on a Full Time Term
basis until 01 March 2024.
The role is responsible for:
- Managing team performance in the delivery of carer payment functions and
services, ensuring targets and program objectives are met, identifying and
delivering training and conducting performance management and deployment of
staff.
- Managing and evaluating client outcomes and service delivery systems,
analysing and implementing policies and procedures for the continual improvement
of financial services.
- Providing expert advice and consultancy services and contributing to the
delivery of financial and business support to DCP staff and key stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with
experience in the management and delivery of a range of financial or
administrative functions and services within a large and complex work
environment.
You will have sound critical thinking capability and the
capacity to analyse and interrogate data and information from a variety of
sources to resolve complex problems and mitigate risks, while balancing service
delivery needs.
